More Townsville residents to receive disaster hardship grants

More north Queenslanders whose properties have been impacted by the ongoing flood crisis in the region can now access Personal Hardship Assistance from the Australian and Queensland Governments.

Disaster assistance extended to NQ communities

Personal Hardship Assistance payments expanded to eligible flood affected residents in Hinchinbrook and Palm Island Council areas, with flood affected Townsville and Gordonvale residents in targeted areas also eligible.
